All intellectual property rights, including copyright, become the exclusive property of the Department upon creation. Liquidated damages of $375.00 per business day apply for failure to meet the 120-day deadline, and additional damages of $250.00 per calendar day may be assessed for up to 60 days if termination for cause occurs.
