About this file

This document is Addendum #01 to Bid Invitation 211-25, issued by the State of New Hampshire's Division of Procurement and Support Services, Bureau of Purchase and Property. The addendum addresses a procurement for a Zero Turn Mower, with the bid closing on 5/30/2025 at 2:00 PM. The addendum provides clarifications and responses to five specific vendor questions regarding technical specifications, including acceptable parameters for engine displacement (greater than 29.5 HP), traveling speeds (reverse speed of 4.5 mph), mower deck depth (5.5"), and fuel tank capacity (11.5 gallons). The state explicitly rejected one proposed modification related to the brake system, which cannot be integrated into the transmission system.

The addendum does not introduce new pricing information or funding details, but serves to provide vendor guidance by formally responding to technical specification inquiries. Vendors are instructed that all changes noted in the addendum will supersede previously submitted documents and must be included with the bid submission. The purchasing agent for this solicitation is Jonah Rosa, and potential bidders are directed to visit the state's purchasing website (https://das.nh.gov/purchasing/vendorresources.aspx) for complete bid documents and potential future addendums. The document includes a space for respondents to complete their business information, suggesting an open competitive bidding process.
