About this file

This document is Addendum No. 06 to the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by the Department of Children and Families (DCF) for Florida State Hospital's (FSH) Environmental Housekeeping and Facilities Maintenance services. The ITN seeks Environmental Housekeeping Services (EVS), Facility Maintenance Operations (FM), Landscaping, and Transportation Services to assist FSH in providing comprehensive mental health treatment services and maintaining a clean, sanitary environment. The response deadline is January 29, 2024, and the addendum provides details on the evaluation criteria, including the vendor's capability, approach to services, staffing, quality control, performance measures, and transition plan. The contract will cover all functions, including staff, equipment, management, and supplies, to meet FSH's mission and regulatory requirements.

The ITN requires vendors to provide pricing information, but specific details on pricing terms and funding sources are not included in the addendum. The addendum also notes that if the vendor is able to provide all the requested services, they will receive the maximum score for each service area. Several previous addendums have been issued to update the timeline, with the most recent one posted on February 13, 2024.
