The project involves the construction or renovation of seasonal housing units and associated campsite infrastructure at the state park facility. Specific quantities, timelines, and site visit requirements are outlined to guide contractor bidding and project execution. The addendum serves to refine the original request for proposals and ensure clarity among potential bidders regarding project expectations and compliance requirements.

The addendum addresses pricing adjustments, performance standards, and specific technical requirements that contractors must meet when submitting proposals for this project. Key modifications to the original contract terms are detailed to establish clear expectations for project delivery, quality standards, and contractor qualifications. The document provides updated specifications and requirements that supersede or supplement information contained in the base solicitation documents, ensuring all bidders operate from the same current information set.
