This effort will provide the services needed to support Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E), Logistics Support, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Education and Training support activities related to Electronic Warfare (EW) and Cyber warfare. Electronic Warfare (EW) has been increasingly recognized as being a force multiplier for armed conflicts. The ability to effectively control, manage, and operate within the entire range of the Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) allows the battle commander to control the engagement to their advantage by ensuring that their forces have unrestricted access to the EMS while simultaneously denying enemy forces the use of the same spectrum space.
