About this file

This file is an Excel template for submitting questions and comments on a draft RFP document. The template provides a structured format for stakeholders to provide feedback, with specific instructions for completing the comment matrix. Key instructions include:

  • Use one row per question or comment
  • Do not alter the table formatting
  • Mark general questions with a zero for section/page/line numbers
  • Indicate the impact level of each comment
  • Clearly mark any proprietary information
  • Identify multiple occurrences of the same comment using a numbering system

The template is associated with the World Defense Show 2026 Exhibit Build solicitation (HQ003425QE197) issued by the DOD Washington Headquarters Service, but the template itself contains only submission guidelines and an empty matrix for potential comments.
