About this file

This document is a Past Performance Evaluation Questionnaire for a federal contract opportunity related to the World Defense Show 2026 Exhibit Build. The form instructs offerors to provide at least three past performance references from the trade show industry, with recent experience defined as contracts completed within the last two years and relevant experience similar in scope, size, and complexity to the project requirements. The questionnaire requires detailed information about the offeror's contract history, including project title, procurement vehicle, contract type, pricing structure, contract amount, period of performance, and a general description of services or products.

The document is specifically designed for contractors interested in bidding on the World Defense Show 2026 Exhibit Build solicitation, issued by the DOD Washington Headquarters Service. The form allows for flexibility in past performance submissions, accepting references from prime or subcontractor experiences, with a preference for defense trade show sector work. Pricing types can include fixed-price, cost-plus, and various other contract structures, and the questionnaire must be submitted along with the offeror's proposal by the August 4, 2025 deadline.

PAST PERFORMANCE EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRE

INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS SENDING PAST PERFORMANCE FORMS:

The Government is requesting that the Offeror provide at least three (3) past performance contract references that reflect recent and relevant experience in the trade show industry. Recent experience is defined as performance of a currently ongoing contract or completed performance of a contract that was completed no more than two years prior to the date of issuance of the Solicitation. Relevant experience is defined as that which is similar in scope, size, and complexity to the work described in the Performance Work Statement and contract type. The completed questionnaire must be sent along with the Offeror’s proposal.

The Offeror may submit a past performance contract reference of its Subcontractor, as long as the Subcontractor served as the Prime Contractor for a contract awarded to the Offeror. Past performance examples should ideally come from work in the defense trade show sector, but booths build for any industry will suffice.
