About this file

The file is an Excel template for submitting questions and comments about a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) document. The template provides a structured matrix for stakeholders to provide detailed feedback, with columns for draft document section, subsection, page number, line number, impact level, and specific questions or comments. The instructions emphasize strict formatting requirements, such as entering only one question per row, using a zero for general comments, and marking proprietary information clearly. The template includes space for up to 56 distinct comments or questions, with a systematic approach for tracking and referencing multiple occurrences of similar feedback.

The related federal contract opportunity is for the Singapore Air Show 2026 Exhibit Build, issued by the Department of Defense Washington Headquarters Service (DOD WHS). While the template itself does not provide specific details about the exhibit build requirements, it appears to be a preparatory document for potential vendors to review and submit clarifying questions about the draft solicitation (Solicitation Number: HQ003425QE195).
