About this file
This document is a Past Performance Evaluation Questionnaire for a federal contract opportunity related to the Singapore Air Show 2026 Exhibit Build. The form requires offerors to provide at least three past performance references demonstrating recent (within two years) and relevant experience in the trade show industry, preferably in the defense sector. The references must include details such as contract type, pricing structure, contract amount, period of performance, and a description of services/products.
Key requirements include submitting references from prime or subcontractor experiences with similar scope, size, and complexity to trade show exhibit construction. Acceptable contract types include fixed-price, cost-plus, and various hybrid pricing models. The solicitation is issued by the DOD Washington Headquarters Service, and the form allows offerors to detail their role, contract complexity, and specific contract characteristics to demonstrate capability for the Singapore Air Show 2026 exhibit build project.

PAST PERFORMANCE EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRE
INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS SENDING PAST PERFORMANCE FORMS:
The Government is requesting that the Offeror provide at least three (3) past performance contract references that reflect recent and relevant experience in the trade show industry. Recent experience is defined as performance of a currently ongoing contract or completed performance of a contract that was completed no more than two years prior to the date of issuance of the Solicitation. Relevant experience is defined as that which is similar in scope, size, and complexity to the work described in the Performance Work Statement and contract type. The completed questionnaire must be sent along with the Offeror’s proposal.
The Offeror may submit a past performance contract reference of its Subcontractor, as long as the Subcontractor served as the Prime Contractor for a contract awarded to the Offeror. Past performance examples should ideally come from work in the defense trade show sector, but booths build for any industry will suffice.
