About this file

This document is a Proposal Schedule for the Exterior Door Replacement project at the Nashua National Fish Hatchery (NFH) in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. The proposal includes three main components: a base proposal for replacing exterior metal doors at the hatchery building, and two additive proposal items for replacing doors at the maintenance shop and feed building. Each item is priced as a lump sum, with bidders expected to carefully review the Performance Work Statement, drawings, contract provisions, labor standards, and wage rates before submitting their proposal. The government indicates a desire to award the complete project, but acknowledges that funding limitations may prevent full award.

The proposal form requires bidders to complete company details, including name, preparer, title, signature, address, date, and telephone number. The document emphasizes the importance of site familiarity and local condition assessment prior to proposal submission. Each proposal item involves replacing exterior metal doors, with specific locations noted for each component (hatchery building, maintenance shop, and feed building). The form is structured to allow flexible bidding, with the base proposal and two additive items that can be selected individually based on available funding.
