Bidders must accept purchasing card payments, provide proof of E-Verify enrollment and compliance, maintain manufacturers' standard warranties on all materials, and warrant all work performed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from final project completion. All personnel with direct school access must complete Level 2 background screening. Contractors must obtain comprehensive insurance coverage within ten working days of contract award, including General Liability Insurance with $1,000,000 per occurrence/$5,000,000 general aggregate, Automotive Liability Insurance with $300,000 Combined Single Limit coverage, and Workers' Compensation Insurance at statutory limits. No specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises or minority-owned businesses are detailed in the procurement documents.
