About this file
This document contains an activity hazard analysis (AHA) form and details of a federal contract opportunity for custodial services. The contract opportunity is for furnishing all labor, equipment, vehicles and materials necessary to perform custodial services and refuse collection at Falls Dam and Visitor Assistance Center in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Quotes are due by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on February 8, 2024. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. Offerors must submit both a price quote and technical proposal electronically to the specified email addresses in Adobe PDF format. The AHA form appears to be a template for contractors to document the steps of an activity and associated hazards and controls for government contracts.
