Statement of Work BIE -Tuba City Boarding School Ramada, & Cantilever Shade Structure Install

Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, workmanship, management, and other necessary incidentals to install new Ramada & Cantilever Shade Structures.

Project location:

Tuba City Boarding School Campus, 306 main street, Tuba City, Arizona, Coconino County on the Navajo Indian Reservation. See attached campus map for shade structure locations.

General requirements:

1. This requirement shall incorporate a Shade Structure Contractor with an in-house design team to provide all necessary drawings and orientation of shade structure equipment.

2. Shade Structure Contractor shall provide installer certification before project start up.

3. All Ramada & Cantilever Shade Structures shall be installed in accordance with the manufacture's installation instructions.

Scope of Work

Contractor shall install safety barricade to keep students and staff out of the work area.

Locate existing underground utility lines before work is started. Blue staking services is not available on the Navajo Reservation.

Ramada Shade Structure Contractor shall install Classic Recreation Systems, Inc. (CRSI) or equal brand Ramada Shade Structure.

Modular Building Area: (See attached campus map) Install one (1) Classic Recreation Systems, Inc or equal brand Ramada Shade Structure size 10' W X 45' L X 8' H, no over hangs, posts in corners, curved HR-36 roof, curved roof pitch, 24 Gauge trim fascia, 6 Columns, surface mount, 8" eave height with epoxy anchor bolts, and standard powder coat with zinc rich primer.

Install three (3) Classic Recreation Systems, Inc or equal brand Ramada Shade Structure size 10' W X 60' L X 8' H, no over hangs, posts in corners, curved HR-36 roof, curved roof pitch, 24 Gauge trim fascia, 6 Columns, surface mount, 8" eave height with epoxy anchor bolts, and standard powder coat with zinc rich primer.

Northwest Campus: (See campus map) Install one (1) Classic Creations, Inc or equal brand Ramada Shade Structure size 8' W X 30' L X 8' H, no over hangs, posts in corners, curved HR-36 roof, curved roof pitch, 24 Gauge trim fascia, 6 Columns, surface mount, 8" eave height with epoxy anchor bolts, and standard powder coat with zinc rich primer.

Install two (2) Classic Recreation Systems, Inc or equal brand Ramada Shade Structure size 10' W X 60' L X 8' H, no over hangs, posts in corners, curved HR-36 roof, curved roof pitch, 24 Gauge trim fascia, 6 Columns, surface mount, 8" eave height with epoxy anchor bolts, and standard powder coat with zinc rich primer.

Cantilever Shade Structure Contractor shall install Skyways by Landscape Structures, Inc. (LSI) or equal brand Cantilever Shade Structure. (Refer to attached map for location of cantilever shade structure).

TCBS Boiler Room: (See campus map) Install two (2) 20' X 36' Cantilevered Shade Structures with 8' wide entry with Rapid Release. Shade structures include four (4) pier footings, metal rooftop, and steel anchor bolt templates.
