About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlining requirements for a First Article Test Plan and Procedures to be delivered under a federal contract for the manufacturing of LFI strips. The CDRL requires the contractor to submit a draft test plan within 60 days of contract award for government review and comment. The contractor must then submit a final test plan incorporating any government comments within 15 days of receiving feedback. Deliverables are to be provided electronically in Microsoft Office format to two government recipients. In addition to requirements in the governing DID, the test plan must include a detailed sampling methodology. The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command through the Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground for the manufacturing of LFI strips.
