About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlining quality assurance requirements for a federal contract opportunity for manufacturing LFI strips. The CDRL requires the contractor to submit a Quality Program Plan (QAP) within 30 days of contract award addressing quality assurance processes, production testing sampling plans, and quality surveillance plans. The QAP must be submitted in draft form for government review and comment, with the final plan due 15 days after receipt of comments. The QAP and any revisions must be emailed to personnel at the Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground in Microsoft Office format. This CDRL corresponds to a solicitation from the Department of the Army Materiel Command for manufacturing LFI strips, with responses due to the contracting office. The documentation provides instructions for contractors competing for this opportunity to understand quality documentation requirements.
