2.2.2 The selected proposer(s) shall finance, design, and construct all required utility extensions, including water, sanitary sewer, electric power, and telephone/data, as well as any necessary storm water management features, at no cost to the City. The selected proposer(s) shall be responsible for constructing the improvements in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by a professional architectural engineering firm, which shall be reviewed and approved in accordance with current City of Sebastian Building Department and Community Development Department https://www.cityofsebastian.org/163/Airport requirements, FAA regulations, and the Airport Master Plan, and “Airport Guiding Documents.”
