About this file
This is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form issued by the Nevada State Purchasing Division, Department of Administration, applicable to the Document Destruction Services contract opportunity for multiple Nevada state agencies. The form serves as a mandatory certification requirement for vendors responding to this formal RFP and must be completed and submitted by all bidders as a prerequisite for contract award consideration.
The certification requires vendors to attest that no federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence federal agency officials, members of Congress, or congressional staff in connection with this federal contract or cooperative agreement. Vendors must also disclose any non-federal funds used for lobbying purposes by submitting Standard Form-LLL if applicable. Vendors are required to flow down these same certification requirements to all subcontractors and sub-recipients at all tiers. Failure to submit the required certification subjects vendors to civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each violation. The form must be completed with the solicitation number, vendor name, authorized signer name, signature, and date prior to submission.
