About this file

This document is an Amendment (Amendment 0001) to a Solicitation (SOL# 959P0025Q0007) for the Pretrial Services Agency (PSA), providing responses to 13 vendor questions about a conference venue procurement. The solicitation requires a contractor to provide two separate conference venues for PSA's FY26 Kick-Off Conferences: a two-day conference for approximately 110 Management Team participants (August 13-14, 2025) and a three-day conference for approximately 90 Bargaining Unit Employees (September 9-11, 2025). Both conferences will run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily and must be located within a 20-mile radius of PSA's Washington, DC office, within 0.5 miles of public transportation.

Key requirements include providing venues with banquet-style seating, four reserved on-site parking spots, and key personnel available throughout the conferences. Vendors must submit technical capabilities demonstrating venue suitability, past performance references, and pricing. Quotes are due by 11 AM EST on June 16, 2025, via electronic submission. The solicitation emphasizes that while third-party contractors can support the effort, only the prime contractor may be awarded the contract, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines.
