About this file

This document is an amendment to a federal solicitation for supportive housing services. The solicitation is issued by the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency to provide supportive housing services for up to 180 days within a 50-mile radius of Washington, D.C., to prepare offenders for independent living, employment, and housing stability. The amendment makes changes to the quantity estimates and period of performance dates to account for leap years, and replaces the pricing template attachment to include the updated quantities. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment by the specified date and time to be eligible for award. The services will be for a base period of 12 months with four 12-month option periods to extend the contract. Pricing is to be provided for short-term residential substance use disorder treatment services as well as surge services for each contract period.

Supportive Housing Services (Up to 180 Days) 9594CS23R0013 Amendment 003

1. This Amendment 003 is being issued to make the following changes to the Solicitation:

A. On page 3 of 55, make the following changes:

Delete the following language:

* The Quantity is the maximum days of service which is based on up to 24 offenders per day times the 365 days in the period of performance (24 x 365 = 8,784). This is an estimate, and the Government does not guarantee any minimum quantity of offenders per day or days of service, during the period of performance. The Contractor will only be reimbursed for the actual days of service provided.

Replace the deleted language with the following language:

* The Quantity is the maximum days of service which is based on up to 24 offenders per day times the number of days in the period of performance. The Base Period and Option Period 4 are Leap Years with 366 days (24 x 366 = 8,784), and Option Periods 1, 2, and 3 are regular years with 365 days (24 x 365 = 8,760). This is an estimate, and the Government does not guarantee any minimum quantity of offenders per day or days of service, during the period of performance. The Contractor will only be reimbursed for the actual days of service provided.

B. Replace Attachment J-11: Pricing Template with the attached, updated, Attachment J-11:
