About this file

This amendment to a solicitation modifies requirements for a supportive housing services contract. The contractor must provide housing (up to 180 days) and case management to help offenders prepare for independent living, employment, and housing stability within 50 miles of Washington, D.C. Changes include removing gender specifications from the target population, emphasizing but not requiring AEDs at housing sites, and adjusting educational and experience qualifications for program directors and case managers. Minimum housing requirements also take precedence over local regulations. Responses are due as specified in the solicitation. The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency will evaluate proposals and make award(s).
