About this file

This monthly progress report template outlines the required reporting elements for a federal contract to provide professional services to the Missouri River Recovery Implementation Committee. The contractor must submit monthly written reports within 10 business days of each reporting period addressing progress made, results obtained, organizational changes, problem areas affecting technical, scheduling or cost elements, trips, calls, and plans for the upcoming period. The reports shall follow the specified formatting requirements and include sections for key project metrics and variances to budget, the project manager's outlook and status, accomplishments for the week, planned activities for the next week, and issues and risks logs. Decision and sign-off responsibilities must also be tracked.

This request for proposal solicits non-personal professional services to provide close coordination and support to the Missouri River Recovery Implementation Committee, Udall Foundation, various agencies, and a contracted facilitation and science team. The base period of performance is from January 2022 through January 2023 with four optional yearly extensions through January 2027. Services will be performed at the contractor's facility with possible travel to meeting sites nationwide.
