About this file

This is Addendum No. 4 to Quote #24-64-1 issued by St. Tammany Parish for the Artificial Reefs Material Hauling project. The addendum extends the quote due date to Friday, December 20, 2024, and requires all previous bidders to resubmit their quotes to acknowledge all addendums on the Quote Pricing Sheet (Attachment "A"). The project involves hauling 4,000 tons of crushed concrete from Pearl River, LA to Pontchartrain Materials Corporation (PMC) in New Orleans.

The addendum clarifies several operational requirements: bidders/contractors are responsible for weighing each load at their own cost and must arrange for scales at their discretion; PMC will not charge for access and dumping but contractors must coordinate dumping activities directly with PMC; and all loading, hauling, and dumping operations must be conducted during daylight hours (sunrise to sunset). Any use of PMC equipment must be coordinated directly with PMC.
