About this file
This document appears to be a technical specification for interior latex semi-gloss paint, detailing precise product requirements for a potential procurement opportunity. The specification mandates that all submitted paint must be first-line, trade sales material, explicitly excluding second-line, painter lines, or professional materials from consideration. The paint must meet specific technical standards for interior latex semi-gloss paint, including precise measurements for gloss (50-60 units @ 60 Degrees), solids by weight (47% ± 2%), solids by volume (38% ± 2%), VOC content (0.30 lbs./gal. or 37gr/L), and titanium dioxide concentration (15% by weight).
The document emphasizes that documentation will be required to verify compliance with these detailed specifications. While the document does not provide context about the specific procurement process, jurisdiction, or agency involved, it clearly outlines strict technical requirements that potential paint suppliers must meet to be considered for the contract. The precise and narrow specifications suggest a rigorous selection process focused on ensuring high-quality, consistent paint performance for interior applications.
