About this file
This document appears to be a specification sheet for interior latex egg shell paint, detailing precise technical requirements for paint submissions. The specification mandates that only first-line, trade sales materials will be accepted, with no second-line, painter lines, or professional materials considered conforming. The specified interior latex egg shell paint must meet exact standards including a gloss rating of 10-20 units at 85 degrees, solids by weight of 56% (+/- 2%), solids by volume of 41% (+/- 2%), VOC levels of 0.42 lbs/gal or 50gr/L, and a titanium dioxide content of 4.3% by weight.
Bidders will be required to provide comprehensive documentation demonstrating compliance with these technical specifications. The strict requirements suggest this is likely part of a formal procurement process for a government, educational, or institutional painting project that demands high-quality, consistently performing paint products with specific environmental and performance characteristics. The detailed technical parameters indicate a rigorous selection process aimed at ensuring uniform, high-standard paint application across a specific set of facilities or spaces.
