9-Pre-Bid meeting info.pdf

The document is a Microsoft Teams meeting invitation for a Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled at 1:00 PM. The invitation provides connection details for joining the virtual meeting, including a specific Meeting ID (258 412 101 087 7) and a Passcode (6PQ2Ce6X). The document appears to be a standard Microsoft Teams meeting link that would allow potential bidders or participants to join a pre-bid conference remotely.

While the document lacks specific details about the actual bid or project being discussed, it represents a standard digital invitation for a pre-bid meeting, which is typically used to provide potential vendors or contractors with important information about an upcoming procurement opportunity, clarify project requirements, and answer questions before the formal bidding process begins.
