About this file
This document details the Minimum Insurance Requirements for a Fortinet Firewalls, Software and Services project for Enterprise Technology Services, with Broward County as the certificate holder. The insurance requirements cover multiple liability types including General Liability (with a $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate limit), Auto Liability (with a $500,000 limit), and additional coverages such as Workers' Compensation (at statutory limits), Employer's Liability (with a $100,000 limit), Cyber Liability ($1,000,000 per claim), and Professional Liability/Errors & Omissions ($1,000,000 per claim with a $2,000,000 aggregate).
The document specifies that Broward County will be an additional insured for liability, with the insured's insurance providing primary coverage without requiring contribution from the county. A waiver of subrogation applies in favor of Broward County, and for Claims-Made policies, insurance must be maintained and evidence provided for at least three years after contract completion. The maximum deductible for Cyber Liability and Professional Liability is set at $100,000 for each type of coverage. The insurance requirements are comprehensive, covering various potential risks associated with the technology services and firewall project.
