About this file
This document is an Anti-Human Trafficking Affidavit for Broward County, Florida, related to a solicitation for Fortinet Hardware, Software, and Subscription Services. The open-end contract is designed for the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Division and other Broward County agencies to purchase Fortinet products and services. Vendors are required to submit their responses electronically through BPRO by the specified closing date and time, with strong encouragement to provide all requested documents, including those marked as "optional", to facilitate a comprehensive review.
The solicitation emphasizes vendor compliance with anti-human trafficking regulations, requiring vendors to affirm they do not use coercion for labor or services as defined in Florida Statutes. While specific pricing details are not provided in this document, the procurement process requires electronic submission with a focus on thorough documentation. Vendors experiencing technical difficulties with submission are advised to contact the Purchasing Agent or BPRO support at support@gobonfire.com. The affidavit must be completed and submitted either with the initial vendor submittal or within three business days of the County's request, with potential non-responsiveness if not timely completed.
