About this file
This is an Award Memo from the State of Utah Division of Purchasing, conducted by the Division of Wildlife Resources, for the AM27-104 Goshen Valley Lop and Scatter project. The solicitation seeks lop and scatter services for up to 1,310 acres in Utah County, with participation limited exclusively to prequalified contractors on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list. The project performance period runs from September 21, 2026, through November 20, 2026. No mandatory site visit is required for this Invitation for Bid. The procurement is anticipated to result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The award determination will be based on lowest cost per acre methodology. The vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project. Detailed terms regarding the specific awarded contractor, contract amount, and other pertinent award details should be contained within the body of the memo document itself. Contractors not currently on the prequalified vendor list are ineligible to submit proposals for this opportunity.
