9-A03 Walk Through Schedule - December 4 and December 5.pdf

This document is a walk-through schedule for a roof and tuckpointing project at Soldan High School under the St. Louis Public Schools (SLPS) procurement process. The schedule outlines mandatory site visits across ten SLPS facilities located in St. Louis, Missouri, conducted over two days in December 2025. On December 4, 2025, bidders are scheduled to visit Beaumont Technical Center (8:00 AM–9:00 AM), Ashland Elementary (9:15 AM–11:15 AM), Sumner High School (11:30 AM–12:45 PM), and Soldan High School (1:00 PM–3:30 PM). On December 5, 2025, visits continue at Bryan Hill Elementary (8:00 AM–8:45 AM), Yeatman/Liddell College Preparatory Middle School (9:00 AM–10:30 AM), Hickey Elementary (10:45 AM–12:30 PM), Washington Montessori Elementary (12:45 PM–2:00 PM), Hamilton Elementary (2:15 PM–2:45 PM), and Stevens Elementary (3:00 PM–3:45 PM). Each facility address is provided to facilitate bidder attendance.

This walk-through schedule establishes the timeline and logistics for prospective vendors to inspect project sites before submitting proposals. The inclusion of multiple school facilities suggests that bidders may be evaluating conditions across various SLPS properties to prepare comprehensive bids for the Soldan roof and tuckpointing work. Attendance at these site visits may be a requirement or strongly encouraged component of the bidding process, allowing vendors to assess existing conditions, material needs, and project scope before developing their responses to SLPS's procurement solicitation.
