2.13.2 The Vendor shall immediately notify the School or Department with the reservation of all service delays at sign-out and all bus breakdowns. This will allow the District to inform parents of delays. 2.13.3 Awarded s shall maintain adequate spare vehicles to ensure continuity of service if a breakdown or mechanical failure should occur. While students and staff are on board the bus, awarded s must have the means to respond, repair or replace buses that break down within a 60-minute time limit.
