This document is Attachment D for a federal contract opportunity, providing a detailed deliverable schedule for administrative, property management, drafter/CAD, and engineering support services. The attachment outlines specific reporting requirements and submission deadlines for various contract-related documents, including human resources contractor rates, backup support plans, employee work schedules, training certificates, security awareness documentation, pay invoices, background checks, quarterly reports, and safety program materials.

Notable requirements include submitting a Master Employee Work Schedule within 5 days of contract award, providing driving skill and security awareness training certificates annually, and delivering technical progress reports and employee matrices monthly or quarterly. The document also includes notes indicating that all electronic media should be submitted in MS Office or Adobe PDF format, and all deliverables should be sent to Western Area Power Administration in Huron, SD.
