Access to this package is requested in order to determine the interest of [Company Name] in submitting a design proposal in response to Solicitation 89233120RNA000089. This package is required to determine scope, schedule, and costs. As a recipient of this document package, the undersigned certifies that they have read and understand the requirements and penalties set forth in 10 CFR 1017; and furthermore agree to adhere to the physical protection and access limitations in accordance with 10 CFR 1017, DOE Order 471.1B, DOE Order 471.3, and DOE Manual 471.3-1.

The following guidelines provide an overview of the specific control requirements that will be maintained for the duration of time in which the access to UCNI is granted and the document(s) are in the custody of [Company Name]:

4. Any and all reproductions will be marked appropriately and protected under the same UCNI requirements (10 CFR 1017.25) as the original document(s). Reproductions will be tracked for final disposition.

5. The document(s), and all reproductions, will be permanently deleted or physically destroyed by means of a cross-cut shredder with residue output not exceeding ¼ inch wide by 2 inches long (10 CFR 1017.26). Written notification of the document(s) destruction will be sent to the Contracting Officer either upon the submission of a proposal or if the determination is made by the requesting company not to pursue competition. If the approved means of destruction are not available, the requesting company will return the document(s) and all reproductions to the Contracting Officer using an approved transmission method.
