empty auditorium pdf.jpeg

This image shows an empty auditorium or presentation room at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library, featuring a large projection screen at the front and rows of blue upholstered wooden chairs arranged in a theater-style seating configuration. The room has brick walls, recessed lighting, and appears to be equipped with audio/visual equipment including a ceiling-mounted projector. The space contains approximately 60-70 seats with a center aisle. At the front left is a podium with the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library logo, and there are promotional banners/signage for the library visible on the right wall. This image appears to be documentation related to an A/V system upgrade solicitation (88310325Q00038) for the National Archives and Records Administration.

The image provides visual context for the scope of work that would be involved in upgrading the audiovisual systems in this presentation space, including considerations for the room's size, layout, existing equipment placement, and architectural features that could impact installation requirements.
