About this file

This document is a Certificate of Insurance form for a Non-Official Contractor intending to provide services at the TechNet Cyber 2025 conference from May 6-8, 2025, at the Baltimore Convention Center. The form outlines requirements for non-official contractors, mandating that they complete a signed form and provide an original Certificate of Insurance to Vista Convention Services by a specified deadline. Failure to submit required documentation will result in the contractor being required to hire installation and dismantling labor from Vista Convention Services, with their role limited to supervision.

The insurance certificate details coverage limits, including $1,000,000 for general liability, $100,000 for damage to rented premises, and $1,000,000 for workers' compensation. The document specifically lists additional insured parties as AFCEA, Spargo, Inc., and the Baltimore Convention Center for the TechNet Cyber 2025 event. The certificate is associated with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) exhibit services solicitation for rental of exhibit booth structures, graphics, carpet, furniture, material handling, and shipping services.
