CTSS-IV Industry Day

January 17 & 18, 2018 Arrival, Check-In, and Event Procedures

1. Industry Day participants must be pre-registered before the Industry Day events. Late registrants will not be allowed.

2. Check in with Industry Days coordinators at the Industry Days registration desk located in lobby.

3. Industry Days coordinators will review the registration information for the Industry Days Plenary/Overview session, verify your previously provided registration information, provide you with Industry Days materials and your name badge (which must be worn at all Industry days sessions), and direct you to the Industry Days conference room.

4. Plenary/Overview session will begin immediately at 0900 (ONLY ONE PLENARY SESSION WILL BE HELD ON January 17, 2018) Please be in place.

5. In order to fully participate in the one-on-one sessions, industry representatives are strongly encouraged to attend the Plenary/Overview session.

6. The one-on-one sessions begin promptly as scheduled.

7. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled one-on-one session for check-in. We ask that you please leave the premises after your one-on-one session has concluded.

Event Rules of Engagement

1. The government intends to use this forum to better refine its requirement, not to elicit trade secrets.

2. All information will be treated confidentially and discreetly. The contractor is encouraged to be honest and forthcoming.

3. Contractor personnel shall be limited to a total of three attendees per participating company.

4. Sales pitches not desired from industry; no give-aways.

5. No electronics, cameras, cell phones, tape recorders, or other reproduction devices are allowed.

6. No hard copies of any government documents will be provided.

7. Bidder’s library will be established.

8. Marketing brochures not desired.

9. Total time allotted for the contractor's one-on-one briefing session is 30 minutes.

10. Contractor’s allotted time will not be extended.

11. Contractor personnel will be required to sign in and sign out during the visit and must stay within the confines of the Industry Days meeting areas designated at all times.

12. Contractor personnel must be identified in advance, and only advance substitutions (24-hour in advance notice) will be permitted.

13. The government reserves the right to inspect all material, briefcases, etc., entering or leaving the facility.

14. Due to space constraints, please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to start of session.

NOTE: Failure to comply with the aforementioned guidance will result in the removal of participant from the premises.
