About this file

This document contains a question and answer file and federal contract opportunity notice related to airfield repair and paving work at Wallops Flight Facility. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Goddard Space Center plans to issue an Invitation for Bids for repair projects at Wallops Airfield, including demolition, site work, concrete repairs and replacement. The contract value is estimated between $1 million and $5 million, with a performance period of 270 calendar days. Bids are due in early September 2021 in response to a solicitation to be released in early August. The questions and answers clarify that bidders should only provide pricing for the quantities in the project plans, and that temporary fencing will not be required around an interior laydown area. Red pavement paint type is specified in Section 32 17 23.
