| Standard Labor Categories (SLCs) are intended to define labor categories specifically required in the SOW and to define additional labor categories that the Government considers appropriate to support the overall scope of work. The Offeror may choose to use these additional labor categories and/or propose other labor categories that do not easily map into these additional SLCs. The Offeror shall add proposed labor categories to the end of the table under "other" SLC. If other labor categories are proposed, the Offeror must provide a detailed rationale for including the proposed labor categories. |
The qualifications and duties listed in this document describe the minimum requirements for each labor category, however do not address all the possible specific skills, or requirements for that labor category. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to understand the work and labor category skill mix required to successfully meet the scope of work. Accordingly, the Offeror must propose the resources it intends to use to successfully meet the scope of work.
