About this file

This document contains an exhibit pricing spreadsheet and details of a federal contract opportunity notice. The pricing spreadsheet outlines standard pricing terms for payload integration services for three contract years, including prices for standard payload slots and full manifests. It also provides templates for offerors to propose labor rates for mechanical, electrical, and other engineers. The federal contract opportunity notice seeks proposals for flight and payload integration services over five years to support five defined flight profiles involving high-altitude balloons, rockets, and vertical testbeds. Offerors must demonstrate vehicles capable of at least a 4kg payload at minimum altitudes of 30km or 80km depending on profile. The notice specifies response deadlines and provides a point of contact for questions, with the NAICS code as 481212.
