6. According to the Contract drawing Sheet 2, Note 4.15, the job walk is mandatory for all bidders.

Only three companies attended the job walk. Therefore, they are the only companies who can bid on this job. Please confirm this.

Contract drawing Sheet 2, Note 4.15conflicts with the requirements of FAR 52.236-76 Site Visit (Construction) (Feb 1995) Alternate I (Feb 1995) and is therefore removed. Please see new sheet T2 deleting Note 4.15.

Offerors that did not attend the site visit but submit a proposal shall not attempt to hold the Government responsible for their misunderstanding or underestimating of the requirement. The restrictions and guidance of FAR 52.236-3 Site Investigation and Conditions Affecting the Work (Apr 1984) and FAR 52.214-19 Contract Award—Sealed Bidding—Construction (Aug 1996) apply and must be adhered to.
