About this file
This document is an attachment containing required photos for a procurement solicitation issued by the Utah Communications Authority (UCA) for the Parker Mountain Radio Tower and Shelter Installation project located in Piute County, Utah. The solicitation requires bidders to submit photographs documenting specific aspects of the proposed installation work. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by May 29, 2026, no later than 10:00 AM Mountain Time through the U3P portal, with proposals due by June 4, 2026, no later than Noon Mountain Time, also via U3P. The project site is located at Parker Range on State Trust Lands at coordinates 38.324602, -111.892773. The document serves as a specifications attachment outlining the photographic documentation requirements that bidders must include with their proposals to demonstrate compliance with project specifications and installation standards.
The required photographs function as a critical component of the bid submission process, enabling the UCA to verify that bidders understand the scope of work and can document compliance with technical and quality standards. This attachment does not address pricing terms, set-asides, or funding sources, as it focuses exclusively on the documentation and photographic evidence requirements. Bidders should note the 1GB file upload limitation for individual submissions and ensure all required photographs are included within their complete proposal package submitted through the designated U3P system.
