PROFESSIONAL PORT PLANNING AND MARINE INFRASTRUCTURE

DEVELOPMENT – ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING, PLANNING,

AND ANALYSIS SERVICES AS REQUESTED ON A “TASK ORDER”

BASIS FOR A FOUR-YEAR TERM (RFP# 6000002153) – ADDENDUM #6

Dear Sir or Madam:

The following is a question from a Request for Proposals (RFP) recipient. The question and the corresponding Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the Authority) answer is provided for your information and use, as appropriate.

Question #1: The Proposer Requirements state “The firm must have experience with creating an air emissions inventory report and/or air modeling services, this experience must be evidenced by samples of previous air emissions inventory reports and/or air modeling studies conducted by the firm.” The air emissions inventory reports or air modeling studies performed by our firm are typically determined to be confidential information for our clients. Are we required to submit example reports with the proposal or will the Authority also accept project descriptions that describe the air modeling studies and the reports produced, to meet the minimum requirements?

Answer #1: Example reports and/or project descriptions are acceptable.

The date for receipt of proposals for the subject RFP remains 2:00 P.M. on June 10, 2024.

If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Courtney R. Eddington at ceddington@panynj.gov.
