About this file
This document is an Addendum No. 2 issued by the City of Dallas Office of Procurement Services for a Request for Bid (RFB) concerning Butterfly Valves & Actuators Repair, with the proposal number BN25-00027970. The solicitation is scheduled for bid submission on August 22nd, 2025, at 1:00 PM CDT, and appears to be for a potential 3-year contract. The addendum addresses three vendor questions regarding manufacturer approvals and product quantities.
The addendum reveals that the City will not pre-approve specific manufacturers like Beck Actuators or VSI Waterworks for this contract, requiring end-user approval for future inclusion. Additionally, the City will not provide specific product quantities, instead offering only an estimated expenditure by group. Vendors are directed to submit any follow-up questions through the Solicitation Portal at www.dallascityhall.bonfirehub.com, specifically using the Messages Tab for communication.
