About this file

The document is an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form for the Indian Health Service (IHS) related to a VMware procurement solicitation. The form is designed to certify that an offeror meets the requirements of the Buy Indian Act, which mandates that businesses must be at least 51% owned by members of a federally recognized tribal entity. The solicitation (Number 75H71425Q00010) is set aside specifically for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) and seeks to purchase VMware to support the Tucson Area Office.

Key details include a requirement for offerors to be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM), with proposals due by August 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM MST. The procurement will be a single award, firm-fixed-price contract with equipment delivery expected 4-6 weeks after award. The solicitation emphasizes electronic invoicing through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) and notes that all future information will be distributed solely through SAM.gov. The primary point of contact is Susan Protho, Contracting Officer at the Indian Health Service in Tucson, Arizona, with a NAICS code of 541512 for this requirement.
