The amendment is effective January 30, 2026, and makes the following modifications to the original RFP: posts a conformed version of the RFP with highlighted changes; amends block 11 of the SF-1442 and Section C to extend the Period of Performance (POP) to 240 calendar days; adds notes regarding the Vaughan Model V3V/V3VR brand name or equal requirement in Section C, paragraph I; amends paragraph F.2(a) to reflect the 240-calendar-day completion requirement; adds attachment J02a containing a Geotech Report from 300 feet away; and replaces attachment J01 Plans with an updated version dated February 13, 2026, correcting the coversheet.
Additionally, the amendment adds attachment J02b, a Consolidated Questions and Answers document addressing inquiries received to date. A critical clarification provided in the Q&A addresses Base Course Thickness, confirming that 12 inches of base course underneath the concrete pad is sufficient.
