SCOPE OF WORK

Northern Navajo Medical Center Roof Repair Project Shiprock Service Unit Shiprock, New Mexico

1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The existing roof membrane has begun to split and/or crack in various areas. Leaking has damaged interior acoustic tile and other materials present within the facility and has led to swelling and delamination of sections of the roofing system. Due to the magnitude of the splitting and areas of pooling, the existing membrane is insufficient and requires overlay to ensure proper moisture protection.
