This document contains an amendment to a federal solicitation for the Town of Red Rock Water Main Replacement project for the Indian Health Service. The amendment adds a line item for potholing services to the pricing schedule. It also provides responses to contractor questions, clarifying that native soil can be used for bedding, the disposal site will be determined after award, as-built drawings and staking assistance will be provided, and water shut-offs will be communicated to residents. Award is expected within 60 days of the November 15, 2023 response deadline, and the selected contractor must begin on-site work within 10 days of the notice to proceed.
