About this file
This document provides specifications for sliding, transaction security windows required for a Lodge Grass Health Clinic renovation project. The project will renovate approximately 3,200 total square feet of the existing Dental, Pharmacy, and Medical Records departments to improve clinic layout, airflow, and patient access to care. Security windows must meet ballistics resistance and forced-entry resistance standards. They shall be manually operated, one-fixed and one-sliding panel configuration windows fabricated from steel. The fixed perimeter framing, glazing system, and internal opaque armoring thickness must meet ballistics resistance performance requirements. The site visit details, 300 calendar day period of performance, firm-fixed price contract type, and full and open competition procurement process are provided. The estimated construction magnitude is between $1 million to $5 million.
