About this file
This is a Minimum Requirements Compliance Checklist for RFQ No. 75D301-26-Q-79246 for backpack-mounted mobile SLAM LiDAR scanning systems. Quoters must complete the checklist by entering proposed specifications, indicating Yes or No compliance, and citing supporting manufacturer literature for each requirement. A separate technical narrative is not required; only relevant existing commercial product literature necessary to support responses should be submitted. The proposed solution must meet all minimum requirements to be technically acceptable.
The RFQ requires a mobile SLAM LiDAR system capable of collecting 3D point clouds in confined underground mine environments with specific performance parameters: dynamic range noise of ±3 mm or better, static range noise of ±2 mm or better, and indoor accuracy of ±10 mm or better. The scanner must have a measurement range of 0.5 m to 25 m, 360-degree horizontal field of view, 270-degree vertical field of view, and point measurement rate of at least 420,000 points per second. The system must include SLAM/registration controls with control-point or target-based registration, operate in temperatures from 0°C to 40°C, and function without continuous internet access. The backpack-mounted configuration must allow secure carrying and operation in confined underground environments, with the scanner/head component weighing less than 3 pounds. The system must include software/licenses for transferring, registering, cleaning, visualizing, analyzing, and exporting point-cloud data in E57, LAS/LAZ, PTS/PTX, or CSV/XYZ formats. Additional requirements include a minimum one-year warranty and technical support, user documentation, new equipment in original packaging, 24 hours of virtual instructor-led training for three Government personnel, and complete delivery within 60 calendar days after award. Quoters must confirm that the proposed configuration includes two complete and operational backpack-mounted systems with all hardware, software, accessories, warranty/support, documentation, and training, and must identify any exceptions or deviations.
