About this file

This is Amendment 0001 to solicitation 75D301-25-R-73216, issued by the CDC on January 31, 2025, which revises Section 4.4.4 of the Performance Work Statement regarding Provider Directory requirements for the World Trade Center Health Program Third-Party Administrator (TPA) contract.

The amendment specifically outlines detailed requirements for the TPA Contractor to create and maintain a Provider Directory that includes both NYMA EPN providers and NPN Network providers. Key requirements include: delivering an initial directory 60 days before SHCD, implementing role-based access, maintaining searchable and filterable functionality, and including 29 specific data elements for each provider (ranging from basic information like provider name and gender to detailed data like DEA numbers and bank account information). The contractor must verify directory accuracy every 90 days, add new providers within 30 days of enrollment, update provider status changes within 3 business days, and provide monthly network change summaries to the Program.
