About this file

This document is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form from the Nevada State Purchasing Division, Department of Administration, located in Carson City, Nevada. The form is a standard federal certification that requires vendors to disclose any attempts to influence government officials through lobbying activities when seeking federal contracts, grants, loans, or cooperative agreements.

The certification mandates that vendors affirm they have not used federal appropriated funds to influence government officials, and if non-federal funds have been used for lobbying, they must complete a Standard Form-LLL "Disclosure of Lobbying Activities." Vendors are also required to include this certification language in all sub-awards and sub-contracts. Failure to file the required certification can result in civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each violation. The form is designed to ensure transparency and prevent improper lobbying practices in government procurement and funding processes.
